3 D scan part for QC reports
The project development has to answer to the time to market, and this should be fast.
With Mimi we are working on solution to reduce the Qc report timing, and corrective action.
when get mould 4 cavities with more than hundred dimension to checking this can took 3 weeks, with the scan part 3D without touching, we can reduce the time by less than one week.
We are able to make comparison between 3D native and injected part, and make fast corrective action

The system, based on the principle of binocular stereo vision, adopts blue light projection heterodyne multi-frequency phase shift technology to achieve detailed, accurate and fast acquisition of non-contact three-dimensional data on the surface of objects


The system is a non-contact measurement, and compared with the three-coordinate of contact single-point measurement, it has high measurement efficiency, large point cloud density, and easy digital-to-analog comparison, which is more suitable for the measurement of large-size objects, complex curved surfaces and flexible surfaces.
Blue-light technology adopts blue narrow wavelength projection technology. CCD only accepts blue-light wavelength during scanning, avoiding the interference of ambient light, thus contributing to more accurate measurement data obtained. The high-brightness light source probe can quickly complete the measurement even for work pieces with poor surface quality.
